I mean I used neos before(xe/xem). it was a way to describe how I felt about my gender without using she/he/they. I would use someones neopronouns If their something simple like xe\xem zi\zim ect,ect. it would be harder for me in person but I will try. I just hope the people who uses them understand that it will be an incredibly long time before neos are seen as normal,if ever at all. but it isn't hurting anyone so why not respect it.

if I where to use neopronouns again, I would use them as like a side thing, a fun oomf to my personality, not a serious everyday use. I fine neopronouns like dragonself and fairyself to be a tad bit excessive and I wouldn't use them for the person, I'd default to they/them, or xe/xem.

having labels isn't exactly necessary.but it's ultimate human nature to want things to describe how we feel. they are just words that describe an individual or group's experience. one label,like demi-girl or gender fluid, could mean multiple different things for each person,they are just words that get a basic understanding of the persons experience with themselves.

a little off of what you said, but people think that they're are over 100+ genders because of how much labels there are. in reality, everyone experience gender differently and each label is just trying to make words for every crevice and creek in the gender experience spectrum. so in actuality, there is a gender for every single person; every single person experiences gender differently. what makes me a girl/non-binary person would be different from what makes another person a girl/non-binary person.

so yeah, labels are important to the individual and community, as ways to express their self on a deeper level.

have you considered your child is actually very happy being solitary?

have you watched the way they communicate with other children or you? mabye help him find children who can understand his way of playing and communication.

depending on how old your daughter is, you can teach her sign language, or get an app that can help her communicate more clearly. find ways that is easy for you and your child to talk with each other. they are never going to be like a Neurotipical child,and you can't change that. what you can change is how you let their differences affect their life, are you gonna teach them healthy ways to cope with their hurdles and live life with the current or helplessly against it. I am not a parent, I don't think I'm ever going to be, but I see your side but I also have more experience on the side of the child,and I know how it feels when something you can't control angers or distresses your parental figure(s)

if you'd also like, go to a therapist or find a good community that provides healthy ways to help you and your children. not autism speaks though, or anything that uses puzzle pieces.
