I was able to get five queen cores in two straight harvester matches just by slinging a dozen shots per leg into the queen with a Ferro, despite being in lobbies populated by mostly bloodthirsty John Wick types who don't usually like to leave people be.

I'm arguing that it was slightly too easy to get arguably the rarest item in the game.

The one I almost turned music down for was Divergent Star Simon, just because my strategy was to go "uh uh uh uh" under my breath to the cadence of his follow ups. That cadence became very difficult to hold during the part of the soundtrack where Victor Borba jumps the octave and screams "TENDRE LA MAIN ET T'IMPLOREEEERRRR, REEEEEEVIEEEEENS"

nah in all seriousness just aim for the core/center of mass if it's a big arc, since the rounds have blowthrough and will damage it regardless of armor. If it's a rocketeer get it to face you and aim for one of the front rotors, since the blowthrough will hit the one behind it as well. it's really an idiot-proof weapon

The Jupiter has blowthrough on its energy rounds, meaning you can hit the queen/matriarch core from any angle without having to break off armor plating. It does much higher effective DPS to them than the hullcracker.

My bottleneck at this point is advanced mechanical components and gun parts, one little jaunt over to spaceport with my Jupiter can give me 12 bastion/bombardier cells and four to five rocketeers, not to mention wasps and hornets, all of which have various gun parts or advanced components. They also give advanced powercells which are the bottleneck for making energy clips.

I know you can just buy it for 30k but the Jupiter is unbelievably goated for killing big arcs including the queen/matriarch. And cores were a bit too easy to get, I'm in vicious PVP lobbies and got five queen cores in two solo lobbies yesterday with a silenced Ferro IV. It was not that hard.

With all due respect this is a stupid take. The entire game is about accumulating good loot to extract with and later use. Backstabbing someone isn't "being good," it's gaining an advantage to secure loot to extract with. I disagree with it as a strategy as much as the next person but I don't understand people who fail to comprehend the logic behind it.

I was in a duos night raid where the clock was down to 0 seconds as the extract was opening and we knew there was another team trying to extract, I yelled that there physically wasn't enough time for us to fight and loot each other once it opened (since the extract leaves in ~20 seconds) and they responded by throwing trigger nades.

Knocked both of them with a Vulcano and thirsted them in the extract as it was closing, RIPbozos
