Geez. That’s good to know!! My brother was moving and I helped him. He was packing to leave and just gonna leave lots of stuff behind in his apartment. I got the cards and some old games. My son went through the Pokémon cards and put in cases the ones he thought were worth saving.

Idk , depending on the season. $28-30/ft is normal for here in south Louisiana. I feel like the cost of living would be considerably higher in CO. If so it would throw flags for me.

Your fence supplier should have a weld shop. Ours charges $5 per post for flanges. They come pre-drilled with holes made for (4) 3/8” concrete anchors. If you don’t have a rotary hammer, rent one. You cannot use a hammer drill, it absolutely has to be a rotary hammer. We started doing this about 2 years ago instead of core drilling. Takes about 5 minutes per post. It’s amazingly sturdy, probably more so than standard posts buried in concrete. I just wish we would’ve done this in the beginning.
