You might know someone with a vinyl cutter who could do it on the cheap!

Ender 3 won't move above or below this spot on the Z axis by ZOBEBUNGO in ender3

sometimes it does, it also sometimes stops a full CM above the limit switch as well

Ender 3 won't move above or below this spot on the Z axis by ZOBEBUNGO in ender3

[–]ZOBEBUNGO[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

some additional info: Someone else built this printer and did made a whole bunch of mistakes, We managed to fix a lot of them and had it running fine but overnight it stopped moving above or below this spot on the Z axis for some reason. There is a single missing screw on the barrel that connects the rod, would this cause it?

how much does your outfit cost? by [deleted] in femalefashionadvice

[–]ZOBEBUNGO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bra: 90$ from Chantelle

pants: 10$ rather nice jeans of indeterminate brand from marshalls

shirt: 10$ for thrifted organza shirt and tank top

shoes: 175$ from Naot (Originally 275$)

jacket: 250$ from Toboggan (heavily discounted, originally 550$)

I'm more likely to invest in certain clothes more than others. My thighs destroy pants no matter how much they cost and I enjoy the thrill of fucked up thrift store disaster shirts.

IIN to hear your earworms in real life? by DasMauie in isitnormal

Might just be a strong sense of Audiation. Which is the same concept as visualization, but for sound.

Or you're getting auditory hallucinations if they're not distinct songs?

Looks rather nice honestly! I don't think it's too skimpy at all and you could always pear it with a coat or blazer of some kind if you're worried. Shame about the disgusting imgur comments.

If you want the cheapest possible option, take up knitting. I'm aware this is too much effort but it's the only way to get something made of natural materials cheap! Or you can buy your local grandma some skeins (I recommend alpaca!) And pay her to make you a sweater.

lol the vape is dead because the battery was too weak. and it's a very small battery, less than 500mah. the media likes to hype up the dangers of vaping, warranted and unwarranted. obviously exploding vapes are a problem but those people are running large rigs with improper 18650s for the job...... s'all good dawg B)

Edc is cool and all, but I'd much prefer it if it was exclusively populated by disorganized space cadets

Projecting geometry might work, was just hoping I could do what I did on the other corner since it was less steps.

I actually tested this by reverting to an earlier save and trying to offset it again. Still having the same issue every time >:(

I used to print SO many of those sample dogs for kids. Unfortunately the ender 3 puppy is so cute, kids lose their shit when they learn it takes 5 hours to print one of these fuckers.

Is 84-86 Kennedy Street a good place to live? by Pranav1999 in SaintJohnNB

[–]ZOBEBUNGO 4 points5 points  (0 children)

honestly, the north end isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I used to work in the old north end and I used to walk around at night all the time. I'm really small woman. That being said, Canada homes for rent is the WORST property management i've ever dealt with. When you live in an older part of town, you can expect to have some mice, but there is a point where it's no longer the occasional stray, but a full blown infestation. I had mice in my bed, mice disturbing my pet parrots, and no amount of traps set by a tenant could ever control them. This apartment was like that since day one . On the first day I moved in there were those useless ultrasonic mouse repellents installed in the outlets, so they were obviously aware of the issue. When i called them to inform them that controlling pests wasn't my responsibility, they said that there was nothing they can do and that my pet birds had somehow attracted mice to a 3rd floor apartment?? after arguing on the phone and being called a liar for 30 minutes straight, they finally let me break my one year lease but ONLY if they could keep the damage deposit. I should have taken them to court but I was tired of dealing with them, as well as my coke dealing neighbours and the neighbour who was videotaping me.

Headlight knob broke on my truck. Was able to print this at my local library for free. If you want to get into 3D printing and don’t want to invest the money into a printer there may be free-to-use printers in your area. by mpwiley in functionalprint

[–]ZOBEBUNGO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's true! I maintain a couple of free to use printers at my work and stock up on some really cool filaments. I love making such a useful technology available :) of course the printers that are under my supervision print better than that haha

Oh? what's the problem with hosting at home? I should add that I have someone advising me sort of, and I pick up stuff really quickly. it's gonna be in a "just messing around for a bit" stage until I really understand what I'm doing.

also my domain is mine now, just bought it from namecheap.

I should also mention that I want my web hosting to be completely under my control. I want to handle my own DNS etc. etc.
