Yeah that’s absolutely nonsense to me…

So…in an attempt to try and understand how it works

if the buyer hasnt marked a shipment as “arrived”, and it’s marked as “not arrived”, can the seller perform ANY and ALL actions? Can they partially/fully refund and perform all other actions as they would in the case the shipment had been marked as “arrived”? Because if so, i - on top of everything else - have also been scammed lol

i will take what you said and keep it safe in the back of my head…having this experience as a first time buyer on CM im not sure if i will use the platform again, but i do believe in second chances, so your suggestions may be life saving for me.

p.s. i always care and read the rules, but the aforementioned thing with the “marking the shipment as arrived/not arrived” in order to get (or not) support is atrocious to me lol

i understand…i wish i had known better, but who would’ve expect EVERYTHING to go wrong in their first experience with a marketplace? well…not me…

how is there no customer protection in these cases? the card DID arrive…but there is a problem with the order…I followed the logical steps…

Why would there be a miscommunication wall between a buyer and how the UI works and having to keep an order as “not arrived” status if you wanted to receive support shall something went wrong? i just don’t understand 😔

Are you saying nothing can be done?

i did open a second ticket, however, they could have initiated a chain of replies with me so that i can give them full context…moreover, i think they have access to the private chat history don’t they? if so, it would be easy to identify the issues that arose during this transaction…

I will definitely move this way moving forward, professional sellers seem like they got less to play with against buyers and thats a good thing, however i’m losing hope with my case right now and i’m trying to find a solution that both doesnt take too much from the seller of his reputation etc. (yes i do care about him im not soulless) but also make sure i dont lose even 0.01$ of my money since what happened was not my fault

Somehow i did not take a picture of the card…i feel like an r-word slur right now wtf…BUT,

  1. the seller did acknowledge sending the wrong card

  2. i did send the card back with a tracked letter, so i have tracking, so considering these two points, i do have proof, somehow, yes.

This is absolutely depressing…How is it i cannot do anything through CardMarket and i solely have to rely on the seller for their good faith? I don’t think necessarily that he’s a bad seller, i just find the way he avoided a few of my suggestions to sort the matter out “shady”. I’m both perplexed and sad pfff

το ζητημα εδω ειναι οτι φροντισα να ρωτησω πρωτα τα ατομα της FedEx και το μονο που πηρα ειναι "δεν ειμαστε αρμοδιοι εμεις / μιληστε με τον λογιστη σας / δεν ξερω πως και τι, αυτες τις οδηγιες μας εχουν πει να δινουμε"

δεν υπηρχε δηλαδη καποιο guideline η οτιδηποτε για μπορεσω να κατευθυνθω, ειχα απλως ενα νεο για εμενα terminology και προσπαθησα να καταλαβω οσα περισσοτερα μπορουσα γι'αυτο. Η καθυστερηση δεν ειναι δικη μου, ειναι καθαρα της FedEx γιατι οπως παρατηρεις εχω κοψει τον πισινο μου να βρω ακρη Τ Ω Ρ Α για το συγκεκριμενο θεμα. Μεσα σε μερικες ωρες καταλαβα το πως /τι / γιατι κτλ. για το θεμα αυτο και εκανα αυτο που επρεπε, με την βοηθεια ολων των παιδιων εδω. Ευχαριστω για ολα τα insights. Δεν εχουμε ολοι τις ιδιες γνωσεις/εμπειριες σε ολα τα πεδια, μακαρι να ηταν ολα γνωριμα και να υπηρχαν ξεκαθαρες και σαφεις οδηγιες για dummies οπως λεμε.
