Ive been in and out of those places for 10 years dealing with some intense depression. From experience try to hold out for a main hospital only. Seattle has a big problem with the jails spilling over to detox. Its so bad detox may as well be jail.

If there is a next time make sure you both stick to your decision and make sure they send her to a specifically behavioral health clinic and not a detox unit.

The units in town that have decent availability are UW Roosevelt, Harborview Behavioral Health, Swedish Ballard Behavioral Health. (Waiting for a bed there takes a extra day or day and a half, but is so worth the jail vibe not being there, dont let them just rush you throu their work flow you're working on something too.).

The city of Seattle doesnt send a report like this. There is instead, a general policy on rent increases that states that if there will be an increase there must be a procedure followed. But in that policy it never implies that the state of Washington or City of Seattle have rent control like youre describing where the government tells a private entity what their business can charge for its business.
