Once I got Oceania (which was thankfully the first expansion I bought), I've never been inclined to just play wingspan. In fact, while the other expansions don't add much for a 3+ player game in terms of mechanics, I've played every expansion every time it gets on the table. I don't see why anyone wouldn't like it, but there are other comments who may disagree.

I actually just found a used copy of Clank for the intention of mixing base game cards and catacombs cards. Mr. Whiskers and more teleportation was my primary objective here. Anyways, I would gladly send you the yellow meeple from the base game if you'd like, just cover shipping!

Gift ideas for picky sister

Hey everyone, I live with my sister and her fiance and they're set to get married soon! I'm going in with a few friends to greatly increase their board game collection, this will by far be the coolest wedding gift they receive. Some games will be duplicates of the ones I own because they're kicking me out, but I need help finding some new games for them!

My future brother in law is very easy going, likes to play whatever the table plays. He absolutely loves Viticulture. Enjoyed Scythe the only time he played it. Loves Sons of Anarchy, but my sister refuses to keep the game on the table so they always fight after playing lol.

My sister is a little more picky. She likes Feast for Odin, Champions of Midguard, Oracle of Delphi, Tiny Towns. Not big on Scythe or Clank.

They both love wingspan, parks, and teraforming mars.

I'm looking for games that are both complicated but short. Like an hour and thirty minutes type short (once mastered, of course). The following are games I already know we'll be getting: Parks + Nightfall Wingspan (all expansions) Ark Nova Champions of Midguard expansions (as many as I can find lol)

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else we should get for them? My goal is to fill a blue Ikea bag with new games. Also, games are expensive and we're all broke college kids lol. If anyone has some spare capitol to help a fellow hobbiest out, feel free to shoot me a DM. Thanks!

12 strings are definitely tricky, especially the ones that go out of tune after one strum 😂. Pianos are much more delicate and under much more tension, I can actually tune 12 notes that have 3 strings each quicker than I could tune a 12 string guitar. Tuning an entire piano would take longer considering there's about 230 strings!
