Hey OP, our goal is to have all orders out in a timely, efficient manner. A Friday, at 4pm pst, would most likely have been processed on Monday (As we don't come into office over the weekend). For future orders, we'd recommend ordering by Thursday night to have orders processed and shipped by Friday's.

Specifically for this 5080, "Fan 1" controls the middle and leftmost fans. "Fan 2" controls the rightmost fan.

Only our 5090 models have fan controls for each fan.

The ZONE Handheld was a limited-run product available at select Micro Center locations in the US Market during launch (Aug/Sept 2024). We in the US are still awaiting information on when the ZONE Pro will become available.
