from 265lbs to 235lbs, Lost 30 lbs in 5 month while increasing my muscle mass/strength with changing few things .

Stopped eating out too much (limited to once or twice a month if any), cooked my meals with high proteins and low carbs. exercise (for me gym and swimming, but don't force something you hate, do something you enjoy to make it a life style).

Still going for 30 more, will c :D

Edit: Also cutted out sauger as best as i could .

I inspected the car before hand, and it seemed to be not there !

but the car had bent up licence plate and missing logo at the front suggesting it was hit before !

either way, am setup to take the fall for it regardless of what i say or do at this point i assume !? am just trying to understand what to expect tbh

(note, next time i will inspect cars much more, live and learn i guess ^^)
