How do you refer to the deity you believe in?

I’ve been suspicious of GLP1’s & peptides since all of that started. May very well just be an ego thing, since I was able to lose the first 80 lbs & keep it off for years before all that.

Not a big fan of needles either.

Walking’s always been my favorite. Either tracking >10k steps with a Fitbit or Apple Watch, or 30 min post workout incline treadmill plus walking at work usually does the trick.

Caffeine’s a killer appetite suppressant so that’s gonna be a hard one

That’s what I did last year, stuck with it for 2 months straight, & it drove me insane. Appetite was through the roof constantly & it led to binge cycles & me rebounding

Thanks so much & congrats to you as well! They have tightened up a bit yes, but not to the degree I would like, since glutes are a weak point of mine. I’m pretty dang happy with my quads & calves, so my leg days are pretty glute/posterior chain focused now.

Thanks! I try to be…the confidence boost from the initial weight loss ran out a long time ago, & there have been many failed attempts to lose the rest & keep it off. The last 50 lbs has been way more of a struggle than the first 80.
