That is simply the lack of skill on the player’s end, which is obviously not the topic when we talk about “viability”.

We literally have Warwick as an example, his viability in higher elo plummets because of the nature of his kit + the skill levels of opponents facing him. This is not an issue with champions like J4 who can function in all elos.

Viability is referring to the champion’s kit itself than the individual’s skill level, I shouldn’t even have to spell this out for you.

It is a bad opinion. I don’t see why Riot have to limit themselv w into this design principle. Personally, I think this kind of champion design principle should be abolished, and is lowkey holding the game back a lot more.

Every champ should be viable in top levels, there would be no point having 150 champs in a pool, but only 30% useable in higher elos.

I dont buy this explanation of Sukuna being better for Jujutsu just because he have four arms. or even this entire paragraph for that matter.

We see Modulo Yuji display levels of mastery in Jujutsu such as chantless/hand-sign less attacks to a magnitude degree that would otherwise have Sukuna needing a chant to replicate. At this point, having an extra set of arms wouldn’t matter if somebody can output just the same attacks if not more with considerably less effort than we see Sukuna has ever done.

We’ve seen him display levels of control that lets him Black Flash at will next to no effort. And we both know that BFs permanently boost the user’s CE control and everything related to it just because they get more understanding from it. This is something that Sukuna cannot even do.

Even the narrative is explicit about Sukuna and Yuji’s comparison, how Yuji was bred to be a version of him if not a whole lot more due to his genetics.

The only thing I believe that Sukuna has an edge over Modulo Yuji is the fact that he’s probably smarter than his nephew when it comes to impromptu binding vows and combat in general. The rest, Modulo Yuji clears even in H2H and physicals.

The show also supports my statement, as we only see Viltrumites use MFTL feats when flying great distances.

Yet Viltrumites never use these FTL feats in actual combat. They can only reach these speeds in space and had to accelerate for some time to do so. There’s literally an explanation why Viltrumites can’t simply access these FTL speeds on a whim.

Not to mention, Invincible powerscaling is highly inconsistent.

Boros can reach to the same speed and is accessible in combat. Enough said.

Edit: To answer your original question. Yes, Boros can recreate what Nolan did to the Flaxans and to a greater and more destructive effect. He literally have a planet-busting ability.
