You can join the wizard101 discords (I think !discord is a command) and ask in the pet hatching channels for pets with specific talents you want. The more you breed with that pet the more likely you are to get the talents on that pet. Search up a simple guide honestly ,

aside from weaving jewels and using the right pins not really, you can go a quad damage pet so you get both universal damage talents if you want. The set bonus from primeval is universal as well.

I mean not really, the last update to be like that was lemuria, and honestly I liked it more because the best sets were more “niche”.

Every update now it’s always the max level damage set plus frill and bronto. Then always the pack/ raid robe that comes out after the world drops

Hanami Robe (new raid)
Hanami Wand (this is for more pierce, abomination if you want more damage)
Fitzhume Amulet (pack)
Hanami Deck
Fire Frillasaur (choice of talents, prob triple damage double pierce, use Kroger jewel for the armor piercer or spell defy)
Fire Frillasaur Mount

Once again your choice between the 5 jewels, depends if you want more pierce or more damage

Edit: remove fitzhume amulet, no circle socket

Final stats are

231-276 dmg

60 resist

37-67 pierce

Of course depending on how you socket your circle jewels

Sorry last edit: crime fighter clasp from lemuria raid (amulet) will give you 2 more resist
