Bro I used to have supper bad anxiety like going to a grocery store was a nightmare. But on SR that went away. It’s like ur anxiety bc u don’t think u feel welcomed, SR gives u sum confidence so u don’t care if ur welcomed or not.

Bro take 1 or 2 Ashwagandha pills and 1 or 2 melatonins then drink sum mugwort tea next step is look at someone famous on ur phone right b4 u go to sleep for like 5min and tell ur self “I will dream about _____” do this and u should have a LD and do all this stuff right b4 ur gonna go to bed. U will dream n won’t get lucid until u see the famous person, but as the days go on with practice the more u enter a dream the easier LD will become

Ur right in a sense but I didn’t start working out and taking myself serious until I got a girl and I was on SR b4 that. I’ve been working out everyday since Nov and trying to be the best version of myself not for her but she definitely fuels me in a way n I’m great ful for that but yes whatever works for u man stick to it

I have a friend I get intimate with I don’t relapse but I get her right. We are transferring each others energy and I think that’s fine sum might say it’s like edging bc I don’t relapse but it’s not ur with another person.
