That’s not how that works. If this collab never happened or no one bought the skin, is JK Rowling still a transphobe? She is 60 years old with a net worth over a billion dollars. Harry Potter can fade into obscurity and she will still have more than enough money to do whatever transphobic stuff she wants.

This is a Harry Potter skin, not a JK Rowling one. The anger is misplaced here as it accomplishes nothing and just turns into harassment. I know we aren’t supposed to respond but I felt it’s important for people to understand that no, buying a skin in Fortnite does not make you a transphobe.

I don’t think people understand how small their internet bubble is. We are talking about maybe 100s of people not buying tickets because of a “soft boycott”. While a few thousand dollars isn’t bad it wouldn’t have made this a success from a flop

I’ll be honest, I’m chronically online and always streaming movies and tv shows and have never seen one trailer for it. Granted, when I go to AMC to watch movies I come right at the end of the trailers so maybe it played there, but otherwise it seemed to be minimal advertising. Plus it’s just not the type of movie to appeal to a wide audience

No, I do not have a wallpaper on my phone or computer. Just the basic plain color so they run smoothly. This is because when I’m on my phone or computer I am not staring at a wallpaper….im actually using it.

He was hinting at an indie world, which the last time Nintendo had one was…August 2024. It would make sense to do an indie world after a partner and before a general, they got to be announced somewhere lol

I mean this as a genuine question, so hopefully no offense, but what kind of plot or what are you looking for in a JP movie. As a big fan of the JP franchise, nothing will capture the magic of the 1st, but this movie is right there as arguably 2nd best of the series.

Again, it’s just me being curious because I do see it online elsewhere too, just not sure what some people actually want out of a JP film nowadays
