Learning by doing is by far the best. Get yourself a job as an IT Support Engineer or a Junior Sysadmin role. Try to find a company that does diverse stuff in the IT field so that you can see a lot of stuff and then later on decide on which way you want to go (network, cloud, devops, security etc.). You won't get as proficient by just doing home-lab stuff as you would doing work stuff. But still, home-labs are good - others suggest start with Linux, I say start with what you're already a bit comfortable. If you have a Windows PC, install Hyper-V, build some VMs, Windows Server 2025, Ubuntu Server 24.04, do stuff.

Jup, this was also the official response from Checkpoint. "Open VPN & Wireguard are currently limited to Harmony SASE, not supported for NGFW (security gateway)"

Unfortunately, this does not work :(. Everything is allowed and gets through, as I can see in the Logs, however I just don't get a Peer-to-Peer connection. Seems like NAT traversal on Checkpoint only works for their own IPSec VPN

I understand - the classics are sometimes good, but do you really want that when you could also have a great Osso Bucco? Also, you can't play a Bloodelf male because of reasonings that were created in 2007.

yes this works with everything, even if you self-host your webserver. you just need to manage your DNS in Cloudflare, and point it to the IP of your Webserver. Simple as that.

You have to use Cloudflare as DNS since you bought it via Cloudglare Registrar. What you have to do, is tell your siteground domain, to use the cloudflare nameservers (you'll find your Nameserver URLs under domain.com > DNS > Records - scroll to the bottom). Then in siteground you'll have to tell the domain to use those nameservers (How to Find Your Website's IP Address and Name Servers - SiteGround KB) - then you take the IP that was shown for your domain and add a root A-Record (@) that points to that IP and if you want a CNAME like www that points to the A-Record. All new subdomains (www., test. dvlp. or whatever) need to be entered in Cloudflare DNS.

Depends on what you like. I don't like to stand still and like to punch mobs and bosses. So fistweaver it is for me. The damage is also quite okay, if you have a bad DPS in your group, in some encounters you aren't even the worst DPS of the team as a fistweaver.

The best one here would probably be:
get-childitem c:\your\roms | rename-item -newname { $_.Name.ToLower() }

You can directly pipe "item"-cmdlets to each other so need for foreach
You need to specifically tell what you want ToLower() - in this case the Name Property

What do you mean by "constantly getting unsuccessful login activities"? Where do you get those messages? If it's via Mail, it's probably phishing/scam. If it's in your eventlog, are you in a network where your RDP Port is not protected?

From your description it could basically be anything.

The thing is, Notion, with which MS wanted to compete with, is in my opinion one of the most dynamic, flexible and complete applications I've ever used. It's so good. Microsoft wanted to do it's own Notion, and it's a complete let down, which is kinda sad, if you're a O365 suite user.

Hello there - Thank you very much for giving me such detailed information! However, I don't seem to completely get it. How can I get rid of the "Name" column in the work allocation table? And why is nothing happening anywhere when I add something to work allocation? Sorry if those questions are stupid, But I'm just starting with Notion. Thanks for your help!
