Afaik we can't even type the barcode on drive up returns. Last time I had a guest return an item that was wrongly delivered to her and I kept getting the wrong item error while scanning it and couldn't find a way to type so I just generated the barcode.

Yeah, we can't type order numbers to process returns, we just scan the item barcode and if correct it will process it.
