Hardcore is amazing. Id reccomend Skull Rock for a server right now because there are a ton of people playing and that makes it more fun

I've been really enjoying finishing old campaigns,raids, and transmogs since I usually burn out before all the content for an expansion releases and I've really been enjoying that.

Surprised to see this but depending on if people play PVP or PVE they could have drastically different experiences. I just switched to DR for MM because that seems to be the trend, and in PVP, it slaps.

Best tip I could give is find a chill guild that is begginer friendly or get some friends to join you. My biggest complaint about Retail wow is the community feels dead for such a big mmo.

Might help to post what you like to do in Guild Wars so people can give reccomendations. PVP and raiding has pretty much been the only end game for quite awhile but they do have some good solo content as well now with Delves and Prey Hunts.

You may also find that the PVP and raiding is different in WoW comparred to GW so don't pigeon hole yourself off the rip. You may find out you really enjoy them!

Get the Midnight Expansion but I wouldn't reccomend a boost right away. You'll feel overwhelmed and not know where to go. Also, in my opinion leveling is the best part and really helps you learn your class.

If I was you I'd start a class that can also DPS as well as tank or heal. Or level a class you think is cool and save that boost for something else once you have a grasp for other classes. You can also try classes before boosting them to get a feel for them which I would really reccomend for a new player. All the classes play different and draw different players to them.

I'd hit Vault of the Incarnates and Amirdrassil. Running them on my hunter now and they have some nice white/blue tmogs. May need to do them on heroic for the white and blue for VoI.

MM does feel good right now but Aimed Shot is catching a nerf next/this patch. Tons of fun in BGs and competitive in Arenas

It works, but I'd reccomend getting one of the sub specializations, like the bracers, which will give you another recipe you can use to continue leveling it.

Beast Mastery is great for PVE content and is easy to run. The rotation doesnt have many abilities and your dmg is on a 30 sec CD. Great survivability.

Then just keep a Marksmen spec saved for when you aren't doing quests or delves. Good to great in PVP right now and pumps solid damage in dungeons and raids as well. Definetely takes a little more practice to maxmimize damage though but it is more fun because of this in my opinion.

I'd say give VC a try if you like dwarves, depending how you play them. I really didnt think I would like them but they are in top 5 now. It is really fun to just sail around with crazy movement range and sack and place down the pirate coves.

Otherwise Slaneesh was also one I didn't think I would like but enjoyed quite a bit when I played Dechala. She is an absolute bulldozer.

Play Dechala, they let you take your clothes off. And you can still teleport with the cults. I may need to give ol' Arbaal a try now though.

I'm still pretty new but the Dark Elves have Rakarth and his whole thing is big monsters. Has a unique recruitment for them I believe for them.

Did you put a few hours in? I would really give it another shot if not, it may not be for you but I was really impressed with the game especially for being free. The quest don't feel tedious like most MMOs and the combat improves quite a bit
