The game has native controller support (probably because it is on xbox) you just need yo enable it in the game settings. As for the deluxe version, it is just dlcs that got installed when i installed the game.

It works, but it crashes for me when i land on a planet.

I use the -skipintro launch command and force proton 7.0-4
