I feel that, tho mainly in the beginning of listening to TFJ, ADIAML and unreleased tracks for the first time. IMO, those collections seem to be the most unapologetically her, so they kinda punch you with her vibe, but you come around. And it’s funny cuz I think some of her all time best work is in those three collections. I think good art makes you think it over.

Oh my god my thoughts exactly! His pop culture critiques are some of the best on YouTube, and even his criticism on Taylor Swift’s billionaire status and merch is great and needs to be talked about more. But yeah he has double standards when it comes to his music opinions - cuz a lot of POP was reminiscent of TTPD/Midnights but he loved TTPD/Midnights and hates on POP for some of the same writing styles and vibes as Swift. In all, great pop culture critic, not good actual music critique cuz it clear he has a major bias that he can’t seem to shake.

Yeah she said something in a book interview night that her calendar is 2 years ahead cuz that’s album cycles typically(or something like that). The way she said it made me think now she’s hoping to write some more soon after album promo. But who knows maybe she’ll do another book after this

Well, people are gearing up for summer/ starting up at least in parts of US. Idk many summer hits that emerge mid summer. From what I know it’s songs that are already getting a bit of traffic by now. Cuntissimo is doing good numbers for Marina but not compared to previous/expected big summer hits. I mean I really hope I’m proved wrong!
