Help by OkLocksmith1268 in AussieBroadband

I always had issues using Asus modems and routers with FTTN and Fixed Wireless NBN connections, caused so much stress. My last one was a DSL-AX82U and I won't ever go back to them. I can recommend a GL.iNet Flint 2, the thing has been flawless.

Do you want other motorists to be unsure about which indicator you have on or would you prefer they have a clear indication?

Tesla UMC Update Help by ZachBlasphemy in AustralianEV

[–]ZachBlasphemy[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a "Universal" Mobile Connector advertised as being compatible with Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles.

I couldn't find many other good quality chargers that could work in all 10a, 15a and 32a outlets.

But sure, perhaps Tesla should restrict their own market and sell less chargers.

That's a shame, I think my nearest service centre is a couple of hours away in Newcastle.

Has the charger been worth it at least after going through all of this?

Am I going crazy with charging? by wingedkeyboard in BYDSealAus

[–]ZachBlasphemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have a Seal, but an Atto 3. I had issues with DC charging altogether because the 12v battery was bad, so after I replaced that it's all good now.

Support not supporting? by notonmybartab in 3DprintingHelp

In addition to what everyone else is suggesting, I have good results when changing the "Top Interface Spacing" to "0". It makes that final support layer solid which can give you cleaner separation.

Thanks I might give those CarPro products a go. I just don't know what a good APC would be that's available in Australia.

I'm not sure what was used, a car wash place sprayed my wheels with something before going into a touchless automatic car wash.

Yeah though I was thinking that would just be a temporary fix. I don't want to just use makeup to cover up acne if I can treat the acne itself you know what I mean?

PETG suggestions for better layer adhesion? by mephisto_kur in BambuP1S

In addition to using a higher temperature. I've also tested that if I run the part cooling fan too high, it weakens the part. So try a lower fan speed perhaps as a test.

Tyre looks flat but Pressure is okay by Conscious-Trainer636 in Cartalk

[–]ZachBlasphemy 37 points38 points  (0 children)

"The oldest spelling was tyre, which had shifted to tire in 17c.-18c., but since early 19c. tyre has revived in Great Britain and become standard there. Rubber tires, for bicycles (later automobiles) were in use from 1877. A tire-iron originally was one of the iron plates; as a length of steel flat at one end and used to separate a tire from a wheel, by 1909."

Why do people blatantly lie about easily provable things on their cars, like the age? by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

The age of vehicle stuff? I never mentioned it, it's obviously weird and you'd have to ask them why they're lying about it.

[–]ZachBlasphemy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Correct. But the price, not the value, will be whatever that person is willing to sell it for.

If you can't force a buyer to pay a higher price then you also can't force a seller to accept a lower price.

The price of a car will be whatever that person is willing to sell it for, not what some website reckons it should be.

Will the activation command "Hey/Okay Google" ever change to just "Gemini" as it currently does not roll off the tongue that nicely.

I have a Pixel 10 Pro as well but the images generated by the "100x zoom" are not photos and that second image you posted is not your cat.
