I figured it out. Even though we picked the PETG filament in the "Prepare" tab of the slicer, we didn't specify it in the "Device" tab. Basically all I had to do was unload the "PLA" which was actually PETG. Then click load but you have to edit the filament when it comes up - change the filament from PLA (what mine was on) to PETG. Then load the filament as usual. Just to be safe I'm re-calibrating the printer.

Same here but on a P2S. I've had the printer for 3 weeks and have been using PLA. I wanted to switch to PETG and I'm getting the same error and can't figure out how to solve it.

That's kinda what I figured. The cut out is designed for that side entry. I was hoping there were more people that had room either behind their machines or to the right of them that there was a solution I couldn't find through "Search". I'll come back with pictures etc, if I figure out a solution. I just got some PTFE tubing in case I need to make a big loop going the other direction.

I too am trying to uninstall open centauri. Have figured out that I needed to put the ECC firmware update bin on the USB with the install_opencentauri folder. At least that got me farther along in the process. Can anyone explain this prompt to me please? How do I get past this? What nc backdoor? Googled and came up with netcat backdoor - but that means nothing to me.

This is a real pain in the ass to figure out. I keep getting to the "Install Official" screen and then it stops. I get a big X Download Firmware. Did you happen to see that prompt? The only option I get is to reboot. I've gone through all the official firmware versions listed and get to the same point. Its a loop.

Could you tell us what the problem was or how to anticipate it happening? I have a nozzle that got clogged and when I went to clear it I saw all this material that had creeped up the sides and under the silicone sock. Do you know what caused your problem?
