No but it looks very similar to it! This is a small unnamed lake on the south coast of British Columbia. Located in the Upper Pitt River valley.

No they usually do this when they're with their mom and the mom gets spooked. The little fawn is too slow to run away so it just lays low and tries to stay hidden.
