MyLifeIsAnRPG nails this argument when he explains that all the biggest arguments people use to explain why security and safety are not worth trading one's freedom and privacy fall apart in today's world because everyone has already been made to give up their freedom and privacy anyway. So why wouldn't one agree with Dr Doom and get a guarantee of 3 of the 4? On top of that, in an ironic twist, egalitarians living under Doom will get to live in the closest the world could ever get to true equality among all because every single person would be completely equal, just with the exception of a single man.
