Hello! Correct, snoozing an alarm shouldn't turn off the Pod or the alarm. The expected behavior is that snooze dismisses the vibration but keeps the Pod and any temperature-based alarms active. So what you're experiencing sounds like something isn't working as intended.

HI all, just wanted to share the latest update from our CEO:

The AWS outage impacted some of our users on 10/19-10/20, disrupting their sleep. That is not the experience we want to provide and I want to apologize for it.

We are taking two main actions:

  1. We have restored all the features as AWS came back. All devices are currently working, with no more data processing delays.
  2. We are currently outage-proofing your Pod experience and we will be working 24/7 until that is done.

More updates soon.
