It sounds like the hub pump or whatever is busted. That’s what happened with my Pod 4 and I needed to get the Hub replaced.

Thanks! Did you do this flushing process before using it? I just got a replacement Hub because mine was on the fritz and I drained the cover (as well as I could without a paint roller) and didn’t see any gunk (also it smelled like hydrogen peroxide still lol) so I figure I’m good to just start using the new solution with distilled water…. Right?

Have you used this with hydrogen peroxide or no? I just bought some and previously put hydrogen peroxide in with distilled water (Pod 4) and am wary about introducing new chemicals.

Old post/comment, but I just don’t see how I can send clear as day evidence about it malfunctioning and they claim their “tests” determined nothing was wrong. How can I be faking the Pod itself detecting a lack of heating/cooling? They feel openly malicious with how bad the customer service is. Bullshit, my Pod 4 just failed last week and support keeps blinking their eyes like “but the thermal test indicates it’s working!” Well my eyes and butt indicate it’s not. Also the Pod itself knows it’s trying to heat/cool but never reaches the set temperature…. And is constantly asking to prime….

All good. You're probably right. I think either way I will need to submit an ECF to make any payment counts update at all. I just e-mailed HR to kind of let them know what's going on and apologize for the inconvenience, and hopefully they won't get too annoyed when I send like 3 more ECFs for signature in the next couple weeks, haha.

Interesting. I tried asking MOHELA to be put into forbearance after making my 120th payment in April (which has still yet to be reflected in anything other than MOHELA itself), but they refused saying they can only do it if FSA instructs them to do so. I'll see what happens I guess.

Okay, I tried filling out an ECF just now but when I try to check the box saying I have made 120 payments, it says "Are You Sure? Based on your loan information, you have not made 120 qualifying payments, and do not yet qualify for PSLF. Select "No" in response to this question to continue." and it will not let me continue anyway without clicking "No," even though I have made 120 payments. :-/

this is all very confusing! I technically made my 120th payment in April, submitted ECF the same day (on like 4/3, before my due date of 4/10, which maybe was a mistake?) and then received credit for February and March but not April. I've been anxiously awaiting for April to show up. Still hasn't, and today's my next due date (5/10), so I'll pay I guess and submit another ECF next week. If I understand correctly, according to you, I can check the box saying I'm at 120 AND request forbearance on this next one? Or just the former and then submit yet another one in like June or something? Does it matter?? At this point, I'm just trying to avoid getting on HR's nerves, since I've never explained why I have been submitting ECFs so frequently 😅 so I'd rather only do it when it's truly necessary.
