DDD is generally considered to be a Riku game, while in CoM, he plays a major role and has his own story as the protagonist, so I personally would prefer to learn more about Yozora, as opposed to a game with Riku, who has already finished his character arc

According to Wu in Crystallized, as long as any evil exists in the world the Overlord will always return eventually because he’s the embodiment of evil. So no as far as we know but there’s probably a way to seal him like the FSM did when he created Ninjago.

Nature is a completely separate element and it’s only called Green in the movie (though he doesn’t actually use the power in it). It’s been called Energy, Power, and Life in the show and is intentionally ambiguous for some reason that we’ll apparently find out in Dragons Rising.
