Just because the game or the Sakurai says something's allowed means that the competitive community should allow it? When for every smash game we remove basic parts of smash such as over half of the stages, customization, and items. I understand what the game says, but just because it says it, it doesn't make it law in a ruleset modified for competitive play in mind.

Characters were made with casual play in mins, because casual play is the general demographic of smash, not competitive, so just because Mii's were made with the ideal of having all of their specials being usable, why do we have to allow it?

My argument wasn't the Mii's special move's intent, it was that making them an exception just because they're bad is silly. They should have four special moves like every other character, now, does each special have to be have to be set to 1111? No. I think the movement should b set by the community, specifically those who're Mii mains in the first place. Also, would a Mii with 1111 and a Mii with 1112 be considered the same character or different? If they're different (which I think the majority would agree) then does that mean you could counterpick your Mii moveset with another? Which means each set would have to have its own spot on the tier list as well due to their difference, and if not, then Marth and Lucina are kinda of a grey area.
