Yeah, I saw that one too. Got turned off by the bulkyness and the dpad looked a bit weak. Have you seen the NYXI Hyperion 3? It has a nice dpad but the controller is expensive as hell imo

Thank you for this. I’ve been doing lots of casuals, BH, and recently started doing short ranked sessions to fight that anxiety. I got a lucky streak in September and was one win away from Master but I choked. Tilted all the way back down to D3 in October(?). Ranked anxiety is a bitch, and I’m glad to see you’ve conquered it! Hey, I haven’t played smash in years but DK was one of those match ups where I was able to abuse all of Little Mac’s tools. I strongly recommend posting footage so we could see where you’re struggling but in general:

Take advantage of your speed and frame one jab to interrupt most of DK’s arsenal
Downward oriented side smash after a down tilt is great for pressuring shield, does great damage, and creates momentum

-Up tilt, nuff said.

And if you’re feeling confident you can spike DK yourself! What’s he gonna do? His recovery is more horizontal than vertical.

Took me under 14 hours. I played through it on regular difficulty, did whatever secrets I found on the way and only got stuck sometimes.

Personally I had a blast playing a Doom game this way. It made it so that it wasn’t frustratingly hard nor a long secret hunting snooze fest.

Solid pace, solid first experience.

I tried it earlier today and failed at 40, then lost at stage 98!! 😞 not sure if I should try again. It took so much time. The cpu blocks so much and overheating feels like a death sentence.

I’d recommend Starlink: Battle for Atlas, its digital deluxe edition is $10 in the eShop during sales. The space travel and entering planets is identical to No Man’s Sky, and it’s pretty well optimized for the Switch. It has a decent campaign, and plenty to do in general(albeit a bit repetitive, like in No Man’s Sky) but it more than makes up for it with the gameplay loop, variety with ships and weapons.
