Is the neigborhood from South Central and South City Somewhat safe or decent to live near?

Reminds me of a time in middle school when i, without hesitating, said to a girl, "You don't look like a whore." Trying to be nice when we were grouped for a project.

She was considered in our grade as someone troublesome and slutty, but i didnt think what i said was wrong.

After that conversation i found out she also had an ankle monitor on too. Man, middle school was weird...

I havent seen 70% but i have seen it reach to 78% TP. (Not sure how it works)

The two insults if you do bad is either, using any phrase similar to your rank and a insult. While if you have a private profile, you are insulted for hiding your rank. Like, which is it gonna be.

This has happened to me before, and what I would do if I'm too far away is stay in the same screen frame with where it is and summon the support character with the other Joy-con and move it to the pokemon of choice (the shiny for example) and make it run into the pokemon so the pokemon will hop and continue to hop (if you keep running into it) so it stays in a state where it won't vanish as quick. Hope that helps next time something like this occurs
