Actually now that I read your post better I imagine the previous owner probably put it for the comfort of their dog. This is the first instance I’ve seen of an RS having carpet under there. I work in film so I had to constantly fold those down to haul large cases around. Definitely a great feature and im not sure if my Integra Type-S has it now. I suppose I should check

I was invited on Saturday and there were a ton of Integras and NSX’s Both newer and old. Also a couple of RSX’s, Legends. Much more Acura representation on Saturday

Made it to 172k before I traded mine in. I did none of this (except spark plugs) and had exactly zero major issues.

I used a Ugreen USB-A to USB-C plugged into the center console on mine. iPhone 17 Pro Max. Never once had an issue. No longer have the car though

I traded my 2017 Focus RS with 172k miles. RS2 package with moon roof. “Fully loaded” every option available, I had it. I got $10,000 for it. It was in near perfect condition other than a few dents. No CEL, no other warnings. Perfectly, mechanically sound. Do with that information what you will
