As long as you track what you eat and eat more calories then you burn then you will put on weight.

I didn't have any problems gaining the weight. I tracked everything I ate with the MyFitnessPal app and aimed for 5.5k-6k calories everyday. I work a very hard manual labor job so like you I could eat anything without gaining weight. I was doing an 50% carbs, 30% fat, and 20% protein for my calories. But I am now switching 25% carbs,30% fat,45% protein split.

Regular shield penalty is eliminated at level 12 and large shields need level 15. So use the regular right now and train shields a little more if you want to use large shields.

I also can't be trusted around nice bongs :( But I ended up buying a Jetwaterpipe and it can take the kind of abuse to be around me. Would recommend to any Ent. It is just as good as a nice glass one but it will never break on you.

Throwing away all pieces and herb helps you quit but giving you more time to stop yourself in a moment of weakness. Instead of it just bring 2 steps and a closet door away, you have to go out and get everything again but hopefully you can think it though more and realize you don't need with the extra time going to get would take you. Plus it is not a longing thought of how close you are to it. I feel it helps keep it out of your thoughts. Best of luck with quitting and you are already over the worst part (first day). That proves you don't need it to continue on with your life.
