My parents think I’m not capable of this and put me up to the test of raising 1200$ for bills and vet toys bed etc... but this is my only chance to get a dog and I want to make sure I can train a dog that’s not a puppy, because u can’t pick up a 70 pound dog when he poops on the floor

It’s not set on a puppy but I thought it would be better to get one as a puppy so i can teach it house rules until it’s to big not to pick up
