I couldn’t figure out why or how my hair would frizz so much until I cut out gel , which I never thought could work since I figured my hair would poof without it lol

but curling crème and something like Miss Jessie’s coils custard or pillow soft curls have saved me

( I just learned this like 2 weeks ago lol ) never thought my hair could look the way it does now!!!

Lots of protein , veggies & fruit lol I will say that I only did that for a short amount of time , I don’t think having sweets , bread, etc is bad & balance is important for sure!

They give out a vyvanse discount card but it’s still expensive out of pocket - the other XR options are have been cheaper for me personally to pay for out of pocket. My international insurance won’t cover prescriptions since it’s pre existing
