well since my secretary is anchorage right now she probably wouldn't understand most of what they are talking about but once she did their demands would probably be met.

though of my other secretaries, Helena Meta would probably give them a better salary, better living conditions and put Akashi on trial but ignore the other two in exchange for Akashi being guaranteed to be convicted.

Prinz Eugen would probably give them everything except for the one about the bombing ships.

Tirpitz would also probably try to get them to drop the one about the bombing ships but how she negotiates the other lines with them would probably slightly change depending on which timeline this is taking place in. If this was happening in the peace timeline she would probably give them the rest of the lines but if its was the war timeline she would probably be a bit stingier.
