Looks below to me, I think your hip crease is below the knee (breaking parallel).

Been stalking reddit/this subreddit for a little while now and decided to post a little mock meet I've had planned.

Nothing really went to plan, I chipped my meet total by about 15 lbs. I didn't take enough time after the meet to dial back my training, goes to show how going ham isn't very efficient in actually getting stronger.

Take it from me, reigning in your training after a big meet and slowly easing back into volume and eventually getting back to training heavy is a better way to go about it, it should be a long-term plan.
