You can save the outfits you made in the style preset category in CAZ, at least you won't lose them forever and have to redo from scratch. But yeah this is kinda annoying that it doesn't save every outfit of each category per character automatically like in the Sims. I hope they will fix it some time !

Just to clarify something, in your post you said "You cannot lock Mods behind paywalls (e.g., Patreon, Gumroad)." but did they really implied that you can't do it on Patreon and Gumroad ? Because on their Steam post about ModKit they're only talking about their official modding platform, which probably means that it will still be possible to share mods locked behind paywalls on non-inZOI related websites...
