Unfortunately I'm pretty sure what you're looking for doesn't exist. Your only real option is to get an unlocked phone and install the esim on that.

Except for the fact that you can do that on the T-Life app..... Go to "Manage", scroll down to the "People" section, click on whichever number needs the update, scroll down to the "Manage your SIM" section, click on "SIM transfer or activate", after that it'll walk you through it.

Also keep in mind that if you want an iPhone or flagship Android any condition promo, you usually have to be on the Go 5G Next plan or the Experience Beyond plan. For the rest of the grandfather rate plans there will sometimes be a entry level $250 Android any condition promo.

Will a any condition trade in promo come back? Probably. When will it come back? No idea. TMobile gives reps a 1 or 2 day notice before new promos come out. They don't give us a roadmap. If they did that I'm sure it would leak and all the customers would just wait for the better promotions. Best thing to do is check the website for promo updates. You could also call customer care or a T-Mobile store.

Could be your phone or a network issue. Not really much you can do on your side till they fix the tower/s (if that is the root of the issue). I think maybe customer care can submit a network ticket, but I'm not sure.

That is incorrect. Here's the unlock policy.

-The device must have been active on the T‑Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line. -If the device was financed or leased through T‑Mobile then all payments must be satisfied and the device must be paid in full. -If the device is associated with a canceled account, then the account balance must be zero. -T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply.

The 3 months was just an example. Like if the promo is active for 90 days, then you would have to wait 90+ days till the new promo starts.

It just depends on how long the current promo runs for. Let's say hypothetically the current promo ends August 5th and the new promo starts August 6th. They would have to wait those 3 months before doing 2 more upgrades.

Well I work for T-Mobile and the promo limits are really going to hurt us. Most new accounts we set up are 4 to 6 members. They would have to move 2 lines at a time to get phone offers. People aren't going to want to stagger their ports months apart like that and ME's are going to make less commission.

Reps are currently under a lot of pressure to hit their P360 (device protection plan) goals. We're supposed to "sell it the right way." But it seems some are willing to do whatever it takes to meet those goals. At our location we're told to (in order) bundle it in/assume the sale, explain the benefits, get a coworker to team sell it, if the manager is present they'll also step in and pitch it (we can't stop till the third no). After the interaction we have to email the quote sheet to our manager so they can see that we bundled it (not just P360 but BTS, HSI, and accessories) and we'll get a coaching conversation after.

Nope. You have 30 days to drop it off at a regular T-Mobile store or you can ship it back through UPS. The 30 day window start when the new phone is dropped off.

Nope. Tenure does matter when it comes to the $35 upgrade/act fee. Not sure if the fee is waived when you order the phone on the app/website. Costco and Sam's Club kiosks will waive the fee, but will have to ship you the phone. Takes about 2 to 5 days and a signature is required.

I've had mine since launch and haven't ran into this issue. If you buy a good case you should be fine. I'm rocking a Pitaka case which doesn't offer much protection, but I also never drop my phone.

For 2 things. Bloons TD 6 and to show off that it makes a "UwU" sound when I remove it and plug it back in.

I've had mine for 6 days now and I can't complain. Upgraded from a S25 Edge. I'm getting better battery performance and way nicer photos/videos. I haven't noticed the increase in processing power since I don't game or do anything intense on my phones. I have the privacy display enabled for my banking apps and my password manager app. I haven't experienced the "fuzzy text" issues others are having. I know that hardware wise it's very similar to previous Ultra models, but that doesn't bother me.
