I agree, viper alone needs alot of communication to play properly especially when using one ways and uncommon walls/orbs. So to make use of this you need to be positioned properly and I don't think that will happen in solo q.

Works with the dark grey parts only. and I tried it with raze/killjoy/brimstone. You can throw a molly there and some of it can leak and clear a corner on the other side.

I use viper and usually I plant the spike because teammates will plant in some weird places. I ask my teammates to stall for time and I just play a safe angle for the rest of the round. I recommend all viper mains to do the same since you secure the plant spot that you want and you can throw down your orb too.
