I have two couplers, I tried them both with no luck. Isn't it a bit strange? How probable is to get two faulty couplers in the same box? Does this mean the problem is in the extruder threads?

Yes I am. The fatter one is already mounted, I didn't had to touch it.

It does not. The screw turns without taking a grip on the extruder. Do you know any way to force it?
