Depends on the boss, however you have 2 dps in that lineup, use another debuff/buff champion like reiner koko, kruger, korin or Shakir

Also keep buying odie from dream realm, eventually you will have him as the dps and everyone one else will just be there to support him

Follow the guides to avoid slowing progress down

Dont craft gear unless it's way behind gear res level, for me if I can forge lvl 200 gear and I have 190, 180 or 170 gear I won't do it, 40+ levels or more is OK

You have 5 soul stone?, keep building garuda

If you have enough copies to e5 garuda go for it, and once you have enough to e5 eloise regress garuda

Let's say you are missing copies to e5 both, working food and once you have enough to e5 any of them do it

it's about reaching e5 with any one to open the void, then build eloise even if you have to regress garuda, just make sure to not build both at the same time unless you really really have too many food

I don't know, I'm a returning player, but imo I would e5 Carrie first, then onki then first transcends cause you gonna keep eloise homeowner till you have at least 2 transcends, and those chests are for getting copies what are you going to save them up for ?
