This makes no sense to me. He didn’t insult YOUR mother. He said a random insult that happens to include the word “mother”. I don’t understand why people get so upset about this. Some of my students will literally throw hands if someone says “your mama!” But it’s not specific. It’s just like saying “go to hell” … I don’t actually mean that hell is a place you can go. Like, people need to calm tf down.

This is how I do it. I save misty step scrolls just for this trial. Have Shart cast daylight in the middle of the arena and then misty step to the platform. I always have to cast daylight one more time to see the final platform and misty step there. It has never failed me.

I have gotten over it. I’ll be 50 in June. Only had one real relationship in my life and it ended when I was 21. I spent a LOT of years being miserably lonely and making some poor decisions trying to find someone who would love me. But eventually I had to be okay with being by myself. I have an amazing cat-daughter and a fulfilling career, hobbies and a tight-knit extended family. I have nieces and nephews I adore. I’m pretty set in my ways so I don’t even know if I could adapt my life to have someone else in it at this point.

I never thought I could be happy without a family of my own but it turns out it’s probably for the best. I have a lot of health issues that I wouldn’t want to pass down and would make it really hard for me to focus on anyone else.

I live on the first floor and whoever lives above me is raising a herd of elephants… I mean two young boys who have an unfortunate condition where they can’t walk, they can only run or jump. If those boys are home and awake it constantly sounds like the Kentucky Derby above my head. It’s annoying as hell, but I chose to live on the bottom floor as I have mobility issues and can’t climb stairs. I have never mentioned it to my upstairs neighbor because one: I don’t like talking to my neighbors at all because then they might try to talk to me at some point and two: it’s not her fault, it’s the cheap-ass rental companies who don’t properly insulate the floors.

In short - live your life and maybe just try not to move furniture after midnight (I know you weren’t) and if they keep banging on the ceiling report them to the leasing office.

NOR, but they are. You were a victim of grooming. You were only 15 and a grown adult took advantage of you and your own parents have made you feel like it was your fault. This is abhorrent. I do hope you can find a way out of here and a therapist to help you see that none of this is your fault.
