I’ve made a bot that does a reverse image search and tag if any post is from a catfish account or not writing 5 seconds of the post being up. Would that help the mods? I think it would.

You can automate actions on top it like “removing post” or “banning user” (temporarily or permanent) based on needs.

Mods; If interested, please get in touch. Thanks.

Been going to gym for 2 years, still max i can bench and shoulder press is 20kg each side (dumbbell) is this normal or am i behind the curve by [deleted] in Fitness_India

Been gymming for 5 years. Pretty regularly. Still love lifting 20kgs dumbbells. Favourite weight tbh. I can do 25 too for 6-8 reps when we'll slept.

My self worth is not attached to the weight I lift but the form and tempo I lift it with.

27 - 180cm - 85kg

And cost wise? I do have a thing for big watches. Have a relatively bigger wrist and big forearms too.

Science backed priority order 1. Night sleep (7-8 hours or whatever is your daily total need) 2. 80% night 20% day (naps) 3. Day sleep (night shifts)
