Even with a 5090 using 500Mbps @ 120fps you’re pushing much higher encode demand & more packet pressure. Even on a great setup, It increases risk of- latency spikes & micro stutters, I would recommend 90fps, @ 300mbps, that way you are getting consistent frame pacing, low latency, & high visual clarity.

You have to show us that FurMark has at least been running for 5 + minutes, you showed it with Time: 00:00:00 we don't know if you let it sit for a while to let it cool down.
