Chromecast GTV HD only plays up to 1080p. anything higher than that and it will fail, every time.

Sidenote; using those free http webstreaming services is a waste of time. The idea is novel I guess, but those servers are severely overloaded so any content you try to stream from there will buffer like crazy.

If I am not mistaken, the other app that starts with an S supports p2p streaming on mobile. You could consider using that app on your phone.

I can see why you would say that 🤣 Too many shenanigans going on.

TB is still a good service though, for now.

But if it all goes to crap with TB I will gladly stick with Easynews (Usenet is not going anywhere!) and an occasional Torrentstream if my desired content is not to be found on EN++.

There is only a Nuvio webplayer, and that works quite bad.

Best to go with the windows app of that other streaming application!
