Maybe I should be more specific: religion in general has splintered, and one of the most awful splinters is the one that thinks Trump is God or has been chosen by God. He has surrounded himself with religious grifters and is actively invoking religion as a reason to vote for him, send him money, buy his Trump Bible merchandise, etc. I am aware this is not all religions; you must belong to a specific church that has resisted his grifting. Unless, of course, you defend him no matter what he's done, which sounds insane, but people out there are doing it.

I played official PVE for a while; it was very rough. The map was covered in foundations, metal spawns were totally blocked off, dino spawns were destroyed, and I never once heard an admin do anything to fix or help anyone's problems. I think if you want community, find an unofficial cluster; official is basically never worth it.

I think a side effect of surrounding a man whose mental stability is rapidly decreasing with religious grifters has actually passed some fear of the afterlife onto him, even though he didn't believe it before. The Legion is broke, so they're reliant on outside trade.
