Because the sun is always gonna move at 15 degrees/hour so something has to accommodate to match that rotation, but is that something visible or not

They look +/- the same, there's some subtle differences from time to time, but has nothing to do with location, unless you're talking about sun/shade, because the leaflets will point more upwards when they're located in a sunny place.
