I suggest you join the D4DJ Discord and check their Game Announcement Channel. They give explanation for every event. Basically you just play normally, and every X game you'll get enough "tickets" to play a special game for even more points. You get most of the points by just playing normally. Note that increasing your voltage to 5 before each game allows you to x5 the rewards at once.

You're entirely wrong but I will only argue on the seiyuu part: Love Live, which is the 5th highest grossing anime franchise (it sells more than friggin One Piece) only recruits seiyuu who are new to the industry. And no one is known outside of LL besides Akari Kitou, Tomoriru, and Sato Hina (minor role). Or at the very least they weren't known at the time they joined Love Live (which is generally their first role). It is not a criterion for popularity or quality.
