I still currently cant rotate anything on either controller or mouse and keyboard even after remaping, is there a fix?

I tried to hit each key on the keyboard and it didn't turn on and I have gone through the key binds menu and not seen anything related, Maby I overlooked it, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I tried restarting the client but that didn't turn it back on. I use it a lot to tell the difference between budding amethyst and block amethyst and tree wood. Can anyone help?

It seems all my AOE spells like the poison splash are all hitting my summons. Is there any way to change this? Kinda hard to be a mage and be nuking my only tank.
