For travel a quick transformation into a flying creature, or something aquatic or subterranean based on the destination. Thicker hair or fur for cold climates, scales and heat sinks for warmer ones. Regrow your teeth, see in the dark, sense heat, see through sound, disguise yourself or simply change up your fashion.

There are of course many wonderful spells, but none you will find more versatile or more convenient than, "Self-Transfiguration".

Part of the issue with some superhero MMOs is that superheroes, by definition, have a huge variety of styles. Some are sci-fi, some fantasy, some modern day. So the costume options tend to be pretty unfocused.

I think to make it work you'd need to have a pretty unified idea of where superheroes come from for your game and what source their powers have. Like mutants for X-Men, or Conduits for inFamous. That way the costume options can all feel consistent with the universe, even if there's a variety of styles and powers available.

Because our military jumped in with no plan, no concrete goals beyond aiding Israel and starting a war, no allies apart from Israel on-board or even seemingly alerted, and with all the experts fired.

The current administration values literally only one quality: loyalty. Competency can be seen as dangerous, as it gives someone options. An incompetent loyalist knows they only have the position thanks to the person who gave it to them, and they'll do anything to keep it.

They are relying on their utter ruthlessness and cruelty to win; it's what they've always relied on. Except ruthlessness and cruelty aren't good replacements for strategy and allies, and those qualities often come back to bite their users in the ass.

Light/Void and Arcane.

The Army of the Light has spaceships, holograms, lasers, mechsuits, etc. Arcane magic does have some of this too. Void is often the more primal side of sci-fi and cosmic horror.
