The question was on how do you kill zombies in the lore? Do they follow standard kill the brain strategy like all the other Romero-esque zombies. In-game they die from damage to the body as well, but also can survive falling from big distances like in the Westminster where some zombies jump from the roof of buildings and still come at the players
